GENERAL RULES

 

  •  All payments are due on the 1st day of the month.
  • Payments are delinquent if not paid by the 5th of each month.
  • A $35 late fee will be charged to each tenant who has not made a payment by midnight on the 10th.

 

 

  • We do not insure stored property. It is the renter's responsibility to obtain insurance coverage for your stored items.
  • Do not store any explosive or flammable materials or goods.
  • Perishable items are not allowed
  • No animals or sleeping in your storage unit
  • The storage operator has the right to inspect any storage unit to ensure compliance
  • Renter is required to pay a $35 cleaning/security deposit. The deposit is refundable upon a ten day vacate notice and after the unit has been swept thoroughly.
