New Occupants

  • Please read, fill out and return all three documents: AGREEMENT, INFO SHEET & ADDENDUM
  • Occupant must give at least ten days notice if you plan to vacate your unit.
  • Must pay a one-time $40 clean-up/security deposit.
  • Do not store any flammable or explosive devices (propane, ammunition, chemicals, batteries, etc)

Monthly Payments

  • All storage unit payments are due on or before the FIRST of each month.
  • If your payment is not paid by the FIFTH of the month, you will be charged a $25 late fee. In addition, your storage unit will be locked and an additional $15 will be charged to remove the lock.
  • A $40 service fee will be charged on all returned checks
  • All online payments are accompanied by a $3.00 convenience fee.
